The second way to do this exercise is to put your lips as done in the first one. Keep your lips pursed and try to smile as hard as possible. While doing the before mentioned steps, puff your cheek muscles up and down minimum 10 times with your lips still pursed. Relax for a few seconds between each movement.
A smile is said to be the best exercise for your face. It keeps people happy and saves them from stress too. While smiling, the muscles of your face automatically get worked up. Laughing freely also ha miraculous effects. Apart from bringing positivity into your life, a smile can save you from many troubles. • Tension reliever
This exercise is bound to relieve all your tension away. You need to place four fingers of both hands on your forehead. With the slow movement, glide your fingers outwards applying slight pressure. You can do it in the morning or in the evening after work. Apart from making your forehead firm, it will make your face relaxed.
• Jaw movement
Jaw movements help in elongating your face and providing a particular shape to it. Sit straight and drop your lower jaws as low as possible. Feel the movement for a few seconds and move your jaw upwards. Do the movement up to at least 10 repetitions.
• Tongue movement
Tongue movement is the best way to work on the apple of your cheeks. It will especially help you in getting rid of chubby cheeks. Stick out your tongue to its fullest length and stretch it out as if you were trying to touch your chin. Feel the tension and hold the position for a few seconds before going back to the initial position. Repeat the movement at least 10 times a day.
• Cheek lifts
These workouts also make the face leaner by working on the upper muscles of the cheeks. Start by pulling your cheeks upwards towards your eye. Your lips might get converted into a curve. Hold onto the position for a few seconds and then get back to the initial position. Repeat the movement at least 10 times a day for best results.
